Hello y’all!

This year, we ordered from McMurray. We always just get chicks from the feed store locally, but that was nearly impossible this year. We lucked out and they had some chicks available for delivery the next week!!

to this point, this has been an awesome experience. The chicks are almost 2 weeks old and perfectly healthy.

Of course, we had to elect the free extra chick! I assumed it would be a roo, but hopefully an exotic one! Anyway, here is the mystery chick and I am wondering if anyone knows what the heck it is!! I am perplexed by it and must know! 😂

It has a spot on its head like it has the barred gene in it. If anyone knows, I’d love to hear it! Thanks!! Ps excuse thedried paint on my hands. Painting outside yesterday and that stuff doesn’t like to wash off!

With the resolution of the photo on my tablet I’m having a difficult time seeing how many toes this bird has or if there’s any feathering on the legs?

Ok I just looked that thing up. So, I ordered a creme legbar rooster - which looks just like that one you suggested. i thought this might be the legbar rooster, but he doesn’t look anything like any legbar chicks I look up.
