McMurry's ALL pullets? Can it be true?

I ordered the Ornamental Layers collection from MMH in April. So far, I have 3 roos (1 cochin, 1 polish, and 1 EE) out of 25 and the FRC was a roo (buff laced polish). I gave half the chicks away to a friend and she hasn't mentioned if any of hers were roos. So I'm right on the edge of the 90% guarantee, unless my friend ends up having some boys.

We ordered 25 chickens got 2 extra, but one of the "Ameraucanas" we ordered was a boy. A very nice, calm, and brave boy might i add. =]

I have only received at the most 1 roo with my MM orders - if any.

I'd say that MM is one of, if not the most reliable hatchery I have ever dealt with.

I'm receiving an order from Ideal tomorrow - they haven't been as good with sexing - and the marans pullet that ended up being a roo even had yellow legs.

I hear they called people today about a silkie sale. Of course, since my silkies shipped today at full price they didn't mention anything to me when they called. So, guess it's strike two for Ideal now.

We've been with MM for a while and there's almost always problems. Strange!
