I live about 45-60 min north of Pittsburgh (depending on the weather) and I have white silkies.
Do you prefer hatching eggs or chicks... I can do either.
I'll be setting a bunch of eggs over the next couple weeks (I have a cabinet 'bator & hatcher set) so if you want some chicks, just let me know & I'll put in a few extra. I also have white sizzles. (frizzled silkies)

Looks like you are north of me. I'm just south of rt 80.
I have to go with chicks. I can't hatch white Silkies for anything! I tried 2 batches and got 0 each time. Then I got some mixed color batches, and only hatched dark ones. Even my white sizzle didn't hatch! Maybe my LG's don't like white birds

I have to run to the airport now, I'll PM you when I get back. Thanks.

Those are beautiful Brody's Broodello! I wish I was going to the show....hopefully next year.

Thanx for the nice comments. I hatch at about every two weeks so there are always birds here for sale if anyone is interested.

Now I am so tempted by those beautiful dun laced but I gotta stick to my guns with these faverolles! I am already hatching some BLRW bantams from hattrick but they will most likely all be for sale.

Splash Silkie Roo, very tame and sweet, decided to keep his brother instead. He'd be a nice starter bird for someone who wants to breed silkies.

He has a nice dark mulberry comb/wattles but the flash on my camera makes them appear redder than they actually are.

SO I am adding some new bloodlines to my Faverolles flock and I am getting another new rooster in blue salmon. I need to sell my current blue salmon rooster he is a wonderful guy and a great breeder. I can let him go for $100 with two year old salmon hens that are laying well and two or three younger BQ pullets in either blue salmon or salmon. These are great sweet little birds I live in Baltimore PM me for details. I will be ready to part with them in about a Month after I am done hatching from him. This would be a good starter flock.

Here he is
