cococrisp & tdgill.....
I have 2 EE's and 1 JG that I don't plan on keeping. 4 weeks old, so I don't know what sex they are yet. I'm above Pittsburgh. Not sure how far that is for you, but if you're interested you're welcome to them.

I'd rather have them in a chicken home then a stew pot!

yay!! im so excited! ok i have a 1 yr old delaware roo from will morrow & 1 delaware cockerel I also have 4 Black Rosecomb cockerels > two of them are very nice & 2 have an extra point on their comb so are only pet quality. They all come from show quality parents though. I am asking $4 each No room.
I am looking for nice heritage Delaware chicks, pullets, or hens & a silkie hen or two.

but I didn't know if you kept anything nice?

I'm just north of Pittsburgh , PA, and I have the following SILKIES, all young COCKERELS, to the best of my knowledge:

hatched 12-09-09:

2 White silkie cockerels --standard features
1 Buff silkie cockerel --with single comb & light skin
1 Splash silkie cockerel --standard features

hatched 10-28-09:

1 white silkie cockerel --pink-red strawberry comb, all else standard
1 black/splash silkie cockerel --mulberry walnut comb, all else standard.

These two are already crowing quite nicely

All these silkies are from the same breeder except the buff one. All hatched at home. They have coops in our heated garage.

I'll deliver any of these within an hour's drive, and they're FREE to a good home

o darn....do u have pictures anyway?

Here are pics of my LF/silkie/whatever girls and a silkie cross roo. I've got 4 hens and the roo I"d like to part with. One of the hens is broody and due to hatch this coming tuesday, she's setting on one of her own and about 5 barred rock eggs. I'd like to part with the 4 hens and the roo and it's fine if the the chicks (pending hatch) go with mama. I was mostly just testing for fertility anyway. The hens are 8 months old and lay everyday. The roo is about 18 months old. I'd like $20 for the bunch.

I googled (I much prefer a website to an email) and found another show in Delmar in June:
http://www.dpichicken.org/ http://www.desu.edu/chickenfestival June 17-19

The festival IS NOT a poultry show. It is a carnival, food, rides, info on the poultry industry,ie frank purdue type. TOTALLY differs from a poultry show where there are breeds on display, judging to APA/ABA standards.
