Me too roo or hen

I have a two month old cochin named tinker bell and live in a city where roosters are not allowed. I have seen that hens have the red waddles and even make a lot of noise so I'm just not sure. At 4:45 every morning she makes pterodactyl noises. Here's a photo. photo

Rooster. But I would wait to get rid of him until he starts crowing- some roosters are not big crowers.

Cockerel definetly. Here is one of my eight week old LF cochin pullets I hatched.
