Mealworm how many?

I will be starting to raise some meal worms for my flock. I was wondering how many worms do you give your birds? How many is too much? I was also thinking about night crawlers additional also?

I will be starting to raise some meal worms for my flock. I was wondering how many worms do you give your birds? How many is too much? I was also thinking about night crawlers additional also?

I just give a handful/cup at a time to my flock. I'm not sure how much is too much. I think that most people aren't able to grow as many as they'd like to feed out to their birds, so it probably won't be much of an issue. The night crawlers will be fine too.
