Mean 2 day old

I have a really mean 3 day old Royal Palm. What do you do with these. He or she has nearly killed 3 others. I wad in hopes it would chill but no such luck

Separate it out with a circle of fencing. It should chill out eventually. I don't consider those type of poults mean, they are vigorous. I see it in chicks too sometimes.
