Meat birds bubbly eyes

Hello,
I have 4 week old meat birds that are fully feather and just moved outside to a non insulated chicken coop with heat lamps just to keep them warm.
They started sneezing at 2 weeks, but it was just a couple and it didnt seem bad. Now they are sneezing a lot and they sound gurgly and I noticed one with bubbly eyes. I really dont want to do antibiotics, but I guess thats my only choice?

Are they too cold or is there something else going on.

Sounds like they have CRD. For 4 week old chicks I'd get some Tylan soluble and use it in the water for respiratory problems.
