We are new to raising ducks for meat. We like to live under the rule "no waste". When it comes time for them to be processed, what do we do with the insides after gutting the bird? Do some people eat some of the inside items? Should we cook it and feed it to our chickens (egg chickens) or dogs? Do we throw something like that in our compost? Please let me know what y'all do with the stuff. Thank you!

If you like heart, liver, or gizzard, save those aside. Chicken feet (scalded & peeled) are GREAT in the stockpot, as are backs, necks, other bones, and wingtips. I'd imagine the same goes for ducks.
Heads, lungs and digestive tract I'd bury either in the dirt or well down in a hot compost pile.
Dogs can (and will) eat almost anything (NOT cooked poultry bones, though), but I'd be wary of feeding them raw byproducts, as it could turn them onto your ducks. My dog's not even allowed to LOOK at the chickens, LOL! She pretends they're invisible or she gets a scolding! Feeding the dogs cooked meat is generally accepted as OK.
The chickens would almost certainly make short work of the duck innards, even raw. Dunno if that's acceptable or not, but I wouldn't cook a pot of heads and intestines on the kitchen stove, just for the hens' benefit!
