Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do. 
My meaties will be 4 weeks old on wednesday. My dad and I are planning on butcher in 3 sections. We have 26 meaties and we want to butcher 8 of them next week for cornish game hen size, then butcher 12 of them as fryers, and the other 6 as roasters. I was wondering would it be best for me to kill roosters as the cornish game or hens? Or should I keep the pullets and use as my fryers? and then keep six roosters for my roasters? This is my first time doing this so really any advice would be great.
