Yes, they are the Jumbo CX. I think they were at 9 weeks old at the time of processing. I am holding on to the heritage birds till I have time to make the decisions on who breeds an who feeds. I am also raising some turkey poults for the first time this year. They are about 3 weeks old now, I have heritage bronze and midget white. I will also try to hold some of those for breeding, if I have pairs in the end. if not it will be a happy Thanksgiving holiday at my little farm.Wow they look great! Ok I was going to ask you about the differences in the CX and the heritage birds. I know they take longer to get to table size, but I wondered about differences in flavor and texture.
