Medford, WI: Legalize Chickens

A WI city council recently voted 5-4 to ban chickens. Despite the fact that nearly 70 people came to the meeting and ALL of them spoke in favor of the chickens, an ordinance was passed banning all poultry from city limits.

Reminds me of what has happened in Washington in the past 18 months.

... and the people are NOT happy.

Oh so sorry..the same thing happened in Eau Claire. The folks who were voting and working on the issue did not seem to know what they were talking about. Thankfully I live outside the city, but feel bad for my city friends.
