Medical Documentation for Poultry Shows?

What kind of certification of good health is required in order to register a chicken for a show? Does that vary from show to show or state to state or is it standard? Thanks from a total newbie

It varies based on the State in which the event is held.

It would make life much easier just to go ahead and get NPIP testing done. For most shows, that is what is required.
