Medicated Feed for chicks?

Thank you! How do you feed your layers the layer feed or the calcium they need while also feeding your newer younger ones who can’t have it yet…..
Once all are together in the coop/run? Is this hard to manage?

I have a mixed flock with different ages and males as well as females so I feed all-flock type feed with at least 18% protein and oystershell on the side for the layers.
