Medicated feed....Or no?

Hello all!
I've had my chicks since Thursday and so far it's been a disaster.
They are modern game bantams and so far I've lost FIVE chicks... My remaining four seem great except one has me a tad concerned.
I've spoken with quite a few people and they all think it was stress from shipping that has been killing them.
The one chick I'm worried about its a bit smaller, a bit quieter, and a bit tired. She seems to just stand and watch while the others play, eat, and drink. It's not that she ISN'T doing anything, it's just much less.
Her behavior has me paranoid with all the other losses I've had so I've been all over the forums now and I'm seeing people talking about MEDICATED CHICK FEED... The food I have is organic chick grower / starter. Do I need to switch?

Thank you!
yep I would put chick starter vitamins electroylites in the water, I do that now, for my chicks, and coastal farm and ranch suggests keeping them on medicated starter feed for 10 weeks, especially once they are outside, this is for chicks that have not been vaccinated.

I feed organic starter and don't vaccinate. My chicks are generally fine.

@lazy gardener gives her chicks a plug of grass and dirt after a certain age to get them used to the germs in the dirt, particularly cocci.

They get sod any time after they are eating well. It's best to expose them to the soil within the first 2 weeks of hatch while the window of opportunity is still open, and they have their highest antibody levels which they receive from their mothers. Soil also inoculates their guts with beneficial bacteria and fungi which boosts their gut flora for digestion, and their immune systems.

I've used that Sav-A-Chick probiotic since I got my chicks. I read somewhere to offer that and plain water, so I do that with two waterers. They drink the probiotic water faster every time.
