Medications from store for Scaly Leg Mites

I heard that a really good option for treating scaly leg mites (doesn't seem to be too severe - and only in a Mondern Game bantam that I rescued Tuesday and has been isolated) is Campho-Phenique. Also, can I do something after applying that to hydrate her legs and make her more comfortable?
