Oh crap I just noticed I did that wrong. I meant injected antibiotics are suppose to stay. Well whatever what's in the past is in the past. I went through the list but some of them I don't know. There are a few on there that I've heard of, know what's in them based on Latin roots, or know what they are. For example, Amprolium, bye bye medicated feeds over the counter. I though Amprolium was a Probiotic not an antibiotic.

For a newbie, what would be good, basic meds to stock up on?

    Thanks,
    Ed

Edited: My question really should've been posted in a different thread, but there is actually some very good threads already on the forum that answers my question. I was interested in purchasing some antibiotics while they're still availble and was curious about what I should purchase to have on hand, rather than a full list of meds which is what my original post sounded like. Sorry for the interruption and vague question. As for a basic *first aid kit* I found a wealth of information in the WHAT ARE YOUR CKN FIRST-AID KIT *MUST HAVES*??? thread and in other threads. Again, sorry for the intrusion and thanks to the participants for keeping an eye on this Rx situation. [IMG]

I don't see Corid. I thought all the items on the list were requiring a vet's prescription?
