Meet Derp, the ugliest chick

The chick is so cute. Last year I took my daughter to pick out a sikie from a breeder who had a bunch of chicks, and she ended up grabbing one of the only necked neck silkies and named her Ruby. Even after getting some regular silkies this year, the necked neck it still her favorite.

I do have to say that the buff color, with the black skin, is striking.
