    Here's Lurch, an eight week old bantam Barred Rock cockerel:

    These are wonderful, vigorous little chicks, hatched & raised by an amazing broody. I'm looking forward to taking the nicest pullet & cockerel to a show in the Fall. I'm wondering how Lurch is going to turn out - he's looked like a picked over yard sale so far... [​IMG]

    I love your description of Lurch. Proves that roos are slower to feather out!
