    Thanks guys! He is such a good leader I just had to name his Moses, lol.

    Moses is a leghorn rooster from McMurray hatchery. [​IMG]

    He looks a little dark to be a White Leghorn-is he of a different variety?

    Nah, that is ash from his dust bath. They all look lavender in person from the ash, lol.

    I thought there was some strain of leghorn out there that was slightly off-white but I can't recall the name of it. I guess I was wrong this time [​IMG]

    I think there are actually lavender leghorns. I don't know though, lol.

    These are really white though. I must admit that when they have recently dusted themselves, they are so darn pretty. They are a pretty, light purple-y color. Makes me wish they really were that color, lol.
