What a great design! So much better than mine. I never considered proper integration when I designed my coop. I can't even effectively split the coop now based on what I did. Unfortunately I forgot that the flock expands from time to time.

Thanks so much! It happened because I wanted a bigger roosting area.. ya know, so I can get more chickens ... so that was the original roosting area and I did keep it that way so I could use it for this purpose and it has worked out perfectly!
