I remember this well, when we lived in Louisiana, we had a strawberry patch made of 4 or 8 timbers float through our back yard. It was a strange thing to see.

Oh the mud is awful! And today it rained like over three inches! Everywhere was flooded!! This pic is not from today but it’s what happens when it rains! This is looking off my back porch... this is just how it is! Believe it or not but the coop does not flood! View attachment 2526686

And yes... it was really pretty amazing that I saw him... he could have been gone so easily!

Oh yeah, your yard looks like mine! And it’s still raining this minute!


And surprisingly, none of this water gets in our coop either!

I hope you get some...since you want it...let it snow... We got a little today and we should get some Friday and Saturday night...about an inch for each day! Then it starts to warm up a bit, so it won't last very long!

My kids in PA said they should be getting some Sunday or Monday.
As for us, well, we are getting more rain.
