Good morning! He's the man! They will work it out & the girls will quit screaming, I think...lol! We really need to thin our roosters, my poor girls don't stand a chance...I keep saying that, but something else always comes up.Haha! He does doesn’t he!? Actually I believe he has conquered Ruby! But I think he is really stressing out Sunny and Claire (yes, that’s a spoof) .... they are molting too... he is really chasing them down and poor Claire runs a SCREAMS for her life!! So he and I had it out this morning.... not sure if that’s what you’re supposed to do but that’s what I do! Cuz I DO NOT like him stressing them out!! If that's the case.. then I don’t want a rooster!!
Well, the difference is.. mine have never had to deal with a rooster.. so they are older ladies who are used to a very kind and gentle “rooster”.. me! So they are not too happy with this situation! Or his sneak attacks!Good morning! He's the man! They will work it out & the girls will quit screaming, I think! I can understand that...poor girls! They just need to gang up & trounce him properly! A rooster definitely adds a different mix into a flock! Hopefully with your guidance, he'll figure it out. I also chase mine away from the girls sometimes!Well, the difference is.. mine have never had to deal with a rooster.. so they are older ladies who are used to a very kind and gentle “rooster”.. me!
