Haha! He does doesn’t he!? Actually I believe he has conquered Ruby! But I think he is really stressing out Sunny and Claire (yes, that’s a spoof) .... they are molting too... he is really chasing them down and poor Claire runs a SCREAMS for her life!! So he and I had it out this morning .... not sure if that’s what you’re supposed to do but that’s what I do! Cuz I DO NOT like him stressing them out!! If that's the case.. then I don’t want a rooster!!

This is exactly why I always say I don't want a rooster. I've done teenage boys. They're the pits! I don't want to go through it with a rooster. But Shad is your best bet. He understands them & how to get the best out of them.

Thanks! Some of them have been doing that but I guess he’s persistent... and like I said... one minute nice and the next bad .... so when things are going smoothly then I’m okay about waiting it out...

Could you maybe separate him for a few hours a day just to give them a break? He is just a teenager - he has too much energy!

I could I guess.. and you know I tend to overreact.. he isn’t constantly after them.. but this morning was just bad because of how he was chasing Sunny and Claire!! And Claire is one to ABSOLUTELY not give in to him!! She will run like a mad woman screaming her head off!! And Sunny will also run but then give up... there are some that he will sneak up on and they will just surrender.. and there are others he won’t go anywhere near!! As he might get seriously injured! I know he is still learning... I just feel so bad for my sweet gals... you should see them when I go out there... they all come and gather around me as if they are seeking some peace and comfort... my dearest Kelly let me squeeze her in the tightest hug for the longest time today... I could’ve stayed there forever... she wouldn’t budge... Poor thing!

Claudine is going to be one of my favorites... she is a curious little thing! And yall should see her run! She runs really fast though everyone with her head down low... she looks just like a velociraptor!! I know these pics aren’t great but had to post cuz she’s so funny!

Clementine is the opposite of Claud... she is the flightiest thing! And really hard to get a pic of because of it... she is starting to get some black spots in her feathers...
