Meet my Chick!

Pics
This happened to my mum when she was like 9 on her first pony who had been abused at his previous horse. Gosh that horse was awful to her, he used to bite, rear, kick, buck her off and other ghastly stuff. I listen to it and I am so thankful that I never had a pony like that.
Someone once told me it's because young ponies are so cute owners spoil them and don't educate them as carefully as a larger youngster. So they grow up to be jerks. Is that right @Butterscotchbitesfinger ?

Nah I don’t think that’s true. It’s more if they are abused they become jerks out of fear. But the education is correct, they need to be properly educated

Your okay and that’s what’s important. I know it might be hard to even imagine getting on and keeping going but if you do you will be doing yourself a favour. I can’t tell you the amount of times I have fallen off and been scared to get back on but the more you fall the more you learn from your mistakes
Thank you for your kind words.. what’s freaking me out the most is I keep picturing it happen 😳 ... and now I know how REAL it is to fall... plus, I am even more afraid to ride now cuz apparently they just stumble for no reason:confused:... what’s to say that won’t happen again... and now I’m telling my daughter how to ride.. like, don’t go close to the rail, stay far enough from it that if the horse trips then you won’t get smashed into the fence:oops:
Btw, I love your horse quote... I remember reading that awhile back and feeling good from it :)...... but honestly, I really had hoped to never fall:rolleyes:

I heard that they are just generally the devil in disguise!

Well, there's nothing stopping you from sitting out with your flock on a beautiful weekend is there? Glad you're feeling better and hopefully you will be fully recovered soon! 💞
Thank you! I did sit outside for a little while today :)

I’m sorry. I promise it does get better. Think about how much you love the sport instead of focusing on the fall.
