Don’t ask me why, I was taught that at some distillery in the highlands of Scotland a million years ago. I remember the rule not the reason for the rule (if there is one).Ice is the worst. Actually, now that I am remembering, I think it was my Dad that drummed it into me and later I asked the distillery people if they agreed.
