Mel’s Marans Mixer hatch-along

Come join me in a toast to my final hatch for the year (yeah, right). The theme is any beverage from water to whatever.
I set 22 Marans eggs yesterday for a hatch expected on Memorial weekend.
The hens are Blue copper Marans, and the roos are either Blue copper Marans or Bielefelder. Some eggs I know are pure BBS Marans (19-22); the others are probably mixed but could be pure.
Yellow X or --- means that egg is already claimed.

5/25: 8 chickies hatched I’m still waiting on two but no internal pips- I’ll give them until tomorrow. One chick died after external pip- never made any more progress. Overall a very disappointing run for me. That power failure did a lot of damage, sadly. Thanks for watching.
