That is strange, I have never seen this before now!!! Kinda looks like ovums but they wouldn't be in that location and that many. I would follow @casportpony
recommendation and contact an avian specialist.

They do look like ovum's but I don't see how that's possible as I know for sure that they are all males. Guess I'll just have to contact the state pathologist.

Yep, can't be ovums if all males! sorry but I just don't have a clue!

It could be Canker. When it progresses it leads to lesions on the bowels/intenstines.

I sill don't know what it is. Someone suggested maybe it's because the males were breeding each other? This is my first time with melanistic mutants and none of the other pens were like this.

I have no idea, but it looks like some type of cancer or infection. I would call the state vet to ask how to send in pictures and a sample for histology.

I would say fatty tumors. If a bird has a diet with to much protein or fat they can form on the intestines.
