Members not getting email subscription notifications - please read and reply with details

Ok,,,,,,,,,,,,,started getting PM emails again

still nothing on any subscribed threads though.

I'm not getting any emails for my subscription. I get my emails for PMs. I have done all the steps and still no emails.

Same here. Now using safari on ipad3.

Check your spam filters and make sure BYC is on your safe site lists. This is the biggest cause we see. Using Gmail can be highly problematic also.

Well, I find it so odd that the emails come through for PM notices, but not for the threads subscribed to. I don't think it is the email at fault. It must be a bug here.

I'm not getting anything either. The last time I did was on the 28th of Dec.. Everything looks good at this end and I have Roadrunner for internet and outlook for email.

Still nothing here. I'm on Gmail & Internet Explorer. Have changed emails, re-subscribed & still nothing.
