Members not getting email subscription notifications - please read and reply with details

I had that happen a few weeks ago Miss L but mine is working fine now
It happened to me at the same time stony and then yesterday did it again. oh well guess I'll just have to go searching for my subs to keep caught up. Thanks for at least answering. everyone else must be off on holiday.

I have done steps 1-5 on several occasions just to be sure. I do not remember the last time I received and email. Can you check into my setting to see if I am missing something? Or is it a problem that I can not fix?

I have followed all steps requested re: spam, allowed list etc and I am still not receiving notifications from threads or email. Please help! I just realized it has been weeks since I hadn't received notifications
 
We've been having our technicians look into this and so far they have found members who reported email as spam and were unsubscribed, members who opted out of receiving email notifications, and other things that have caused our system to stop sending them emails.

We'll continue to do all we can on our side to get the emails through to our members, but our members need to be diligent at making sure they don't mark our emails as spam, unsubscribe, opt-out, etc., especially if they want to keep getting them.

I stopped receiving eMails for PMs and thread notifications Feb. 6 and Feb. 2 respectively. I absolutely have not - accidentally or otherwise - clicked any unsubscribe links. I went through all of the steps from the first post in this thread and everything seems to be fine. I am still receiving the BYC newsletter just fine. This is the second time I have stopped getting eMails for no apparent reason. The first time something you did fixed it. As I have exhausted all of the remedies on my end I'm hoping you are able to fix it. I have my own eMail domain name that is hosted through GoDaddy. Help!
