Memorial Day hatch along

My hatch. I think I know what happened, and could have had 100% hatch if I hadn’t made two rookie mistakes. On the other hand, I got the number I wanted, and all 12 did make it all the way to external pipping.
Six healthy Coturnix quail babies.

Ended up with 7. One needed help and I waited too long. Cute buggers though.

I used to raise button quail. Bumblebees were bigger. Little fuzzy bugs with chicken feet.
