Bowski is a bit aloof. He's still a sweetheart, and gotten more affectionate as he's aged, but he's never been a lap cat.
The one big exception being my son, and only when he's sick. I first noticed it when DS was a toddler. He's now almost 7, and had strep just before Christmas... his rough-weather friend BowBow was still right there with him.

That is almost a carbon copy of my laundry room! I should make a bed there for my indoor/outdoor kitty...

Here's both of my cats telling me that are dying of starvation...

Dear Eddie has a chronic self control deficiency and must sleep in the bathroom when unsupervised. He finds this deeply unfair.
Seen here pouting at me from inside my husband's freshly commandeered hoodie at bedtime.
