Thanks! She's given us 3 this week. Our first hen to start laying and she is the lowest on the pecking order. She seems hungry all of the time now and a little thinner, is that normal? Like she's using all of her body's nutrients up now?

I did that too...beware, the color will fade eventually.

Yes they will eat more, and have bigger poops, after they start laying.
My birds usually head right for the feeder after laying an egg, it's kinda funny,
they are singing their egg song and trying to gobble food at the same time.
