Well things did not go our way. Dave will not come home until Tuesday of next week. They are doing a couple of test and some more blood work. They are concerned about his medications reacting to his new meds. He has been on some of these for the past 14 years. Dave fell in 1994 while working on a machine and broke his back at L4 and did other damage. The machine was almost two stories tall and he hit a metal bar and the concrete floor. He has had 4 major operations and several midlevel surgeries. The diabeties continues to change back and forth. It is down one day and slighty up the next. The doctors are very good but all say he needs back surgery again and Dave is hesitant. The last operation was 4 years ago and he died on the table for a while. He is 50 now and still not in great shape and he is scared.
Please continue the prayers for him and our family. Please also pray for the doctors and nurses caring for him and the others. Thanks, Paula and Family
