[IMG]My three week quail are making a huge pile of wasted feed under their metal feeder. Any tips?

You could try elevating their feeder a little depending on their size and how high they can reach to still be able to get a good amount of feed still.

Fermented food. It's great and they can't spread it everywhere. There are lots of articles about how to do fermented food, just look them up. It takes a bit more effort on your part but it is worth it.

I cut a piece of 1/2" hardware cloth to fit between the two pieces of the base of the feeder. It helps a lot with waste. I also found if I continue to grind their food until they are 3 weeks or so they don't through so much out either.
