I find hanging the feeders at chest level does not work for the birds that have not mastered the art of hovering...

I meant at a chicken's "chest height", lol. Should have clarified, my bad.

Not cheap, but works for my 5 girls. I have it zip tied to their chain link run. There is no color choice but I received a green one and a purple one so I have one for grit and the other for shells.
