( Meyer Hatchery ) 16 Week Old Cockerel - What Breed?

If this is a boy, I vote Olive Egger. Meyer's website is a little whackadoodle, and they have some inconsistencies in their "More Details" sections, but they do show an image of a blue OE pullet with slate legs and another image of an OE hen with a single comb, so those genes are in their OEs.

I don't see the pointy feathers, though, and those comb/wattles aren't really that big for 15 or 16 weeks, imho :idunno but I've not reviewed your other thread.

Anywho, my runner-up vote is Blue Copper Marans, even if it seems very odd that a male wouldn't show the copper. Not that I'm an expert. Just weighing in because we're raising one right now. His copper began to appear at 5 weeks. Here he is at 12.5. Copper-riffic!

Yours is definitely a male. I'm thinking female for hers. Looks just like my Blue Marans pullets.

He’s 16 weeks old now and this doesn’t help much, but I took pictures of what I think are the start of his saddle feathers. Also his hackles because they have a sheen to them.

Maybe! We've always seen our boys' saddles start by 8-12 weeks, and they're super pointy, but chicken growth rates are variable and solid colors are tough. And girls get sheen, too. Cute bird either way. Keep us posted.

Blueberry is 19 weeks old now, I think? It’s hard to keep track of hatch dates sometimes when you have different age groups.
