Sun is up at 6, earlier than I get up. If I put a charged lamp in the coop, they will have more light in the coop, and I hope lay more eggs.

That's near identical to the egg my Splash Ameraucana has.

I had an order in the same week as you, but there was a snow storm in Cleaveland, on Dec. 2 it delayed the shipment, and I lost the whole batch. Dec. 9th I checked the weather first. The temp was 45 there. So I ordered. I did lose one though.

That's awful. I'm terribly sorry.

I pre-ordered mine weeks prior, and Dec. 2 was the earliest I could get any I was wanting. But then those storms came and I was really scared my chicks would get caught up. (Fortunately mine didn't, somehow.)

My hen landed another egg today. I popped it in the incubator solo. If it is not fertile that way I don't have to wait a week to collect eggs that may not be fertile. No blood spot this time.

It was in not 24 hrs, I look for a love dot on day 1 it seems to not be fertile, so far.
