LOL-you pay for shipping and the first batch are yours-Girls Scout Promise! haha-but if its only 1 pullet -it will only be 3-5 eggs in a week! what do you say?

We ordered two Polish pullets from My Pet Chicken (Meyers) and one turned out to be a rooster

I hatched out 22 chicks-8 silkies and 14 different kinds-EE's-wynadotes-polish-well...today I realized I have 12 out of 14 roos! and the silkies who knows they are only 3 weeks old like the others but today my white silkie chick had a huge RED comb already-I got robbed!

So is that the norm in hatching? I was hoping the odds were more like 50/50.

I would think not but thats my luck hahaha-I had alot that made it all the way to the end but never pipped or zipped so Im betting alot of those were girls..I wish I got 50/50-it's very sad-I have more incubating now-this time my own BO's and RIR's-21 of them so Im hoping for a big turn around
