My bad... My bad..... But I am that kind of person that would do just that.... I am ashamed. But won't promise that it will never happen again! But really I'm selfish, I share the temptation so that someone will gobble them up and POOF!!! No more temptation!
And you're not even ordering are you?? Just looking right?

Stop with the temptation! Would you bring donuts to an Overeaters Anonymous
Meeting?? Lol!

That's how it all begins . . . .

I have my third hatch being shipped on the 11th I was never going to have this many chickens! I need to start selling off my older layers but they are giving me so many eggs I have to keep the supply up! Oh well as soon as more of my young ones start laying I will get rid of the older ones and then work on getting rid of all but maybe 2 or 3 breeds and work on just those..... But you have to try them all first right!?
This next order has all the remaining meyer breeds that I have been Intrested in so we will see if I settle down after this;-P

I've heard of people getting them the very next day! That would be nice but I don't think I will ever see it
we got our 29 the next day, when we ordered in April. You mean shipping after hatching? Or the day after ordering ?

You guys convinced me! I added a Wellie to my order. Oh my goodness. 12 chickens is a nice round number. Plus I have my refund from the breeder. LOL. Oh I can justify this easily!!
- Our Wellies are becoming more nod more friendly everyday.

I just keep the same feed year round. I;m to lazy to make big changes.  And obviously no spread sheets to share... sorry. Again, to lazy!!
no worries

Thanks for the link. I'll look it up. That would probably help me remember to record things.

I order all my grains/seeds from Azure and it gets delivered once a month. I do mostly organic (all non GMO) and it costs me $.44/lb I could get A LOT cheaper at our local feed store but the people I sell to wouldn't buy them if they weren't non-gmo. Plus I feel better eating that way. They have pellets and crumbles for sale also which I used to do but found mixing it myself and fermenting it was cheaper and the girls like it better.
I have sold/given away 7 dozen eggs so far this month. I flew into S. CA today and have a dozen in my suitcase (checked) for my cousin. Fingers crossed they made it! I am waiting for my mom to get in (30min) before I get to retrieve my bag. The baggage office called me but didn't leave a message. I'm hoping it was just to make sure I planned to pick it up and not to tell me my bag is leaking!
b- thanks for that info, I have hear Azure mentioned several times. Need to start checking out there stuff. We are doing all non gmo and organic as well.

Hey there everyone. Been a long time since I have been on here. Work and school has kept me hoppin. We have gotten a shipment of ducklings and chicks this year. The duckies are already outside in the pen with the flock (inserted themselves pretty seamlessly this time) the chicks are still in the juvenile pen.

@trsturself
So I've heard a lot of people use azure for chicken feed. I love this idea, however the whole thing is really overwhelming for me. I guess I don't know where to start.
What do you get and how do you mix it? I'm terrified I will not feed them the right stuff.
