Chickenmamma- I'm sorry about Sunni, how long ago did she try to eat the wasp? I hope she gets better really soon cause I'm sure feeding her 3 times a day is hard on both of you
My dopey died last night hallways acted funny wasn't sure of breed either held before went to bed![]()
So sorry to hear about Sunni. I have never done the tube feeding so I cannot advise. Best of luck with whatever you decide.Lynn: That definitely looks like a Campine! I'm glad that you still have her. One of my Campines was very energetic when she was young as well, and she never grew out of it. My other Campine is more laid back, but she still doesn't like people and she's still flighty.
Sunni is back to eating only from a syringe again. She was doing really well with eating on her own, and then she just stopped. We think it may be because she was getting sick of scrambled eggs, but it's hard to tell. She still tries to eat the dry crumbles that are always out for the other girls, but she can't ever swallow more than a few pieces. She still isn't drinking on her own either. I don't know what we are going to do if she doesn't ever eat on her own. She hates being syringe fed, and she squirms and sends good flying everywhere. I can't imagine having to syringe feed her 3 times a day for the rest of her life.
