Meyer Hatchery Chicken pics anyone??

I have a small order (3) of chicks coming in the next few days from Meyer Hatchery. I bought 2 Blue Copper Marans pullets and a blue Ameraucana pullet.

I'm super excited!!

I've never seen a BA with a white dot on it's head, I thought that meant it was Barred. Are you sure they're not both CM?

Chick 1 and 2 are barred or cuckoo something, so I'd wager you got two Cuckoo Marans. Plain black birds will not have that spot.

Chick 4, I see the fuzzy face now. Easter-egger for sure.

Chick 5, 6, and 7 I think you have right.

Chick 8, is she feathering in white? Red sexlink if so. The Buckeyes and Rhodies should feather in brown to start.I think so too, but that tiny comb so hard to tell, but think she is the Meal Maker.

Chick 9 and 10 I think are both Andalusians, a blue and a splash, but you'd really have to wait until they're older to know for sure.

I am sure about chick 9 too, but that splash one, guess will just watch it. I hope it is a white egg layer tho.

Chick 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 look like you've guessed correctly.

Well I already got a tracking # for the chicks just waiting on the ducks now. Lynn everyone is so cute! I'm jealous I want a welsummer and congrats on the golden laced Wyandotte! Also the only place I can find the clear cartons are really expensive and I don't like them that much lol I just have my family and friends saving their cartons for me. I already said if you want eggs I better see some cartons.

Thank you! All my clear ones are EB egg organic ones. I have a lot of the cardboard ones too. All collected by us or our sons. I have said the same. Pretty good deal, empty cartons for full ones. I am only giving away the cardboard cartons, I am hanging on to the plastic ones since I like them so much.

Pretty soon you'll be busy with all those little ones! Can't wait to see what you get!

So the chicks look like they will be here wed and the ducks still say in process. No tracking # nothing, they have been "in process" since Thursday last week. I figured since they are in CA they would be a few hours behind but it's almost 9 so I'm not sure what's going on. If I don't hear anything tonight I'm gonna call Meyer in the morning. Hope my babies are ok, now I see why you guys get all stressed during shipping! My hubby said I officially lost it lol

I will, I promise. Yes, they were expensive. I paid a little over 100.00 for 3 chicks, but that was express shipping included in.
