I can usually tell them apart when I'm by their brooder as there are 2 wel's and only one s.sussex but once I i just looking through pictures I couldnt tell who was who!I think you're right about this one being the SS. I got one from Meyer last week and mine looks just like that (except she's started growing wing feathers already)

Awesome! To be honest I would be fine with blue or splash (as I already have 2 black hens so I was mainly hoping she didn't end up black too) but deep down I was hoping for a blue...@daniellea2912
The Cochin is not splash, she would be mostly white with a little grey.
Speckled Sussex look like they have cute yellow/white bibs on![]()

I should have said that I think the Cochin is a blue, not splash or black.
