Meyer meal make chick breed?

Just curious, is an olive egger a specific breed? Or a mix??

They are mixes, I have several but only one is laying age currently
My avatar pic is Penny my laying OE. I was told her mix could be cream Legbar/Welsummer or Legbar/leghorn, her eggs are a minty aqua, round and gigantic!
