There are a few spots or scabs on her wattles that look like fowl pox. Can you examine her other side and her comb for any scabs, and tell us what you think? Does she have a bad odor around her face? Coryza is said to smell very bad. With the bubbles in the eyes, it could be MG. Either one can cause a sinus infection and swelling of the face. Can you look inside her beak to see if there is any pus in the roof of her beak? Tylan (tylosin) is approved for chickens to treat MG. Sulfa antibiotics are better for treating coryza. MG can be a common secondary infection of fowl pox if there are scabs around the eyes. Tylosin (Tylan) can be ordered here:

I would treat her eyes by using saline eye wash (Baush and Lomb or generic,) to clean the eye twice a day, and apply Terramycin eye ointment inside the eye. You can find Terramycin at many feed stores and online.
