Michigan Chickenstock 2012 Buy/Sell/Trade

I am looking to buy 4 silkie chick. I cant wait to meet you all since Im so new to all this chicken stuff .

I want at least a dozen hatching Guinea eggs. I am not picky about color. Just that the parent flock must be disease free and healthy.

Hillbilly Hen...I did some measuring and that should fit where I was thinking...only prob would be if it's closer to 6 ft tall bc the one end of the leanto will be just a tad too short, but I figure if it is we can take a bit off the legs. My hubby is even on board now that he stopped at TSC today and saw how much something like it would be there...this is a great deal!! So I'm gonna go ahead and order a full double level one from you...so excited to try it out! Thanks so much for offering these!

I'm in the process of rebuilding my flock after 2 stray dogs killed half of my flock a couple months ago. What I am looking for are silkie and porcelian d'Uccle hatching eggs. Hoping that someone will be bringing eggs of these breeds. Looking for about 6 of each.

Thanks
Granny

P.S. Can't wait for Chicken Stock and the pot luck......

Will anybody have any Russian Orloffs or does anyone know where I can get a couple of baby chicks. I have a friend who would like 2-3 but does not have a set up to incubate eggs.
I'm not sure if she still breeds these, and she's not on BYC that much anymore, but you might check with member shelleyb1969 - she used to breed these.

Hillbilly Hen - don't forget my order for one of your fancy double-decker brooders! (without the legs attached).

So happy to be getting this!

Also, the saddles you sent me (aprons) for my Giant hens are awesome - I've gotten them from 3 different folks over the years and yours, BY FAR, are the very best made! THANK YOU!

Thanks Wynette!

I am glad you like them. I won't forget the brooder box.

Is anyone interested in Delaware chicks? Or Delaweggers? Or New hampshires? I have 4 hens that are broody now, just in time for Chickenstock. I also have some Olive eggs under a BR hen.

I'd really like to get a (friendly) frizzle polish hen or two. No real preference on color (though I'm fond of buffs) and age is unimportant, so long as they're healthy. I just want them because they look cool, I won't be breeding and don't even care if they no longer lay eggs.

I have a couple of barnyard mix chicks - there's some EE in them I think, since they have beards. I may have some 8 week old leghorn and/or salmon faverolles pullets available... I just need to figure out how many I'm keeping!

~Karin, looking forward to meeting everyone!

Wynettte I am looking for a Jersey Roo chick do you have any? Also I have Jersey pullet chicks and noticed they don't grow as fast as the other breeds I have is this normal? I may already have a roo but one of the Jerseys died and I only ordered one I bet thats the one that died. What colors do you have?
