Michigan Chickenstock 2013 Buy/Sell/Trade

Glambka - I can use Lily of the Valley! I have a shady spot that I used to have a few bleeding hearts...my dogs dug them up, and I've since added border fencing, but the hearts never came back for me.

I have a few Black Copper Marans pullets - they will probably be just beginning to lay by Chickenstock. These are culls from my breeding program and should not be used for breeding, but they will lay a very dark brown egg - they look lovely in the egg basket! $10/ea. One just began laying this past week - here are her first 2 eggs:

Ahh Wynette, you make me so happy! The eggs are gorgeous & the pretty egg basket is exactly what I'm going for with the marans & OE's.

I might have to end up giving my silkies away just so I can have the crate to bring home all the acquisitions! Not good. LOL.

rabbits- English Spots
poultry- silkies/speckled sussex/showgirls (limited amount of each)
supplies- can make goat/sheep milking/grooming stands, rabbit nest boxes
plants- If anyone is interested I can bring...hostas, iris's, lily of the valley, orange daylillies, possibly a whole lot more! Just ask if you're looking for something and I'll let you know if I have it

What type of Hosta? I may be interested in Hosta and day lillies.

Well...depending on how many people want some...I'll just throw in three crowns per person and then bring some extras in case anyone else wants some...say 15 crowns total. I also have lily of the valley...someone PLEASE ask for those

I'm looking for speckled Welsummer eggs; and some Olive eggers...NON-Hatching. So, if you candle and they are not fertile, but not stinky, I'll take them, free, buy or swap. I'll pretty much take any eggs with the exception of: plain old light brown

(sorry Isa's and RIR..and Barred Rocks...). The odder the color or speckles, the better I'd like to try them (they can look like pottery if I get them to dye correctly).

If anyone wants PYSANKY supplies...I have used equipment and beeswax I can swap. Is anyone interested in a quickie lesson????? Would take about 20 min.

Yay! I just managed to rearrange my work schedule so I can attend Chickenstock!

I will be bringing:
Black Giant pullets (2) - approx 3 months old by Chickenstock
RIR pullets (4 or 5) - approx 3 months old by Chickenstock
Black and Blue Copper Marans - straight run - 2 months - 3 1/2 months old by CS (so should be able to sex but I'm sure at least 2 are cockerels)
1 mystery pullet - I have no idea what the heck she is!!! Hopefully someone there can tell me what she is.
Muscovy Ducklings (depending on hatch) - have 18 eggs that should hatch out around mid-June. Mama duck is a beautiful white with chocolate wings and back. I'll be keeping 3 or 4, have someone else that wants a couple, and the remainder will be coming with me.
Wellsummer pullets - haven't decided how many I'm bringing yet - will be 2 months old by CS.

Depending on how well-rooted they are: variegated willow cuttings, curly willow cuttings

these handmade amish rugs are 4+feet long. one is woven with chennile; other is woven with cotton. really beautiful!
we use them here for our laundry room and living room; friends have used them in their kitchen. wash up very nice.

would love to get a few blue copper marans from you- only hatched 1 blue and tons of blacks from eggs I brought in!! (would prefer girls but will take roos if girlsare only offered as pairs or trios with roos)- prefer feathered legs

And maybe interested in a few welsummer pullets- are they breeder or hatchery stock?

Looking for possible buy/swap for: other quality silkies, marans, olive egger, bantam cochin, frizzle cochin, or polish, pullets.

I should have polish there (large fowl not bantams) may still have some old enough to sex- otherwise will have chicks for sure
