Michigan Chickenstock 2013 Buy/Sell/Trade

Is anyone interested in any of the following:

3 young Breda Fowl (2 black and 1 blue-about a month old--Greenfire lines)--$60
4 Light Sussex (about a month old)--$30
4 Coronation Sussex (1 day old--Greenfire lines)--$40

If so, I can bring them to CS.

I would like to wait a couple more weeks to see if I have 1 roo and 3 pullets or 2 of each. I know I want to keep one pullet and one cockerel. I have another interested in a pullet. Were you wanting a pullet or did it not matter? You wanted only blue, no blacks, right?

I'm looking for blue pullets (will take a roo with pullets if it is only way to buy the pullets- but you said blues are clean legged- sooo... not really wanting a roo in blues), I am open to black pullets with feathered legs- I have a bunch of little BCM chicks- but only 2 of that age have feathered legs. My 4 older chicks all have feathered legs (2 black roos, 1 black pullet, and a blue ?)

I should add I'd take black roos too if feather legged black pullets also only come with roos....... but mainly want blue pullets & a few more with feathered legs :)

Cows can stay in electric horse fence.

I don't have high tensile or anything - it's just 2 strands of 14 gauge steel. I thought cows could/would bust right through that or, because of the breeds I'm looking at, it wouldn't be effective enough with the thicker coated breeds . . . I don't want to put up barbed wire because of the horses, of course (plus I just don't like the idea of any animal getting tangled up in barbed wire).

Cows do not need fancy type of fencing, as long its "hot". It will keep them in.

Ahh Wynette, you make me so happy! :) The eggs are gorgeous & the pretty egg basket is exactly what I'm going for with the marans & OE's.

I might have to end up giving my silkies away just so I can have the crate to bring home all the acquisitions! Not good. LOL.
I can bring you some hatching eggs if you like...
