It sure is nice to see this thread more active with chickenstock getting closer. A few weeks ago, I thought the turnout was going to be kinda small, sure am glad it is getting bigger.
Now I think I am going to have to make 2 bowls of snickers salad. yumyum.

ill be coming. What food should i bring? also i have royal palm poults, and many kinds of guinea keets i can bring also cayuga ducklings. let me know if anyone wants any?

I went out today and bought a dozen chickens and they are currently sitting in an iced brine of salt and brown sugar. Tommorrow they will go into the smoker.

Well Opa, I had my Colored Range Birds Processed today in perfect time for Chickenstock. We'll have all sorts of yummy food! I sure cannot wait to try the smoked chicken! My boys will be really happy as Chicken is all they ever want me to cook for dinner anymore. Man were they mad tonight when I made Steak. That's usually one of their favorites.
