Ok, can anybody tell me anything about silver partridge silkies? Do they breed true? Are they hard to find?

Thanks all! It sure has been a roller coaster just in getting them here. A few are a little shaky (Of course the ones that are a rich chocolate color - Who doesn't like chocolate!)

These are only a few of the Araucanas. There are also Coronation Sussex and Lavender Orpingtons.

And on another note, I was offered a job this morning and start tomorrow morning. Nothing special, and just part time, but it will get me out of the house a few days a week.

How much to youpay for layer? I buy mine from a farmer in Lapeer County and I think I pay 11.50 for 50 bs.

I, also, went to Chaps this week... bought crumble @ $14 something... That wasn't that bad but the pine chips were $8 something

and TSC has them for $4.50 (poorer quality though)... I needed pine so I bought them anyway. I figure they are a local shop, might as well spend my money there!

They're Here!
All are alive, a few are a little droopy. Vitamins and sugar water going in. Only two stuck bums. And way more than I ordered! 22 all together when I ordered 16. May have waited a long time, but they are an adorable assortment.
Going to have to work on making another waterer though. (Hehe)
